- Defined the sales prcess and implementation in Salesforce for the Chamber of Commerce Mountain View. This allowed the to track their prospects and membership in one database.

- Implemented yearly customer survey at KACE Networks resulting in over 60% customer response rate. Results used extensively for product planning and market messaging.
- Drove market surveys for multiple companies (confidential) used for product planning, messaging, press outreach and report creation. Worked closely with marketing teams to maintain validity of survey data but ensure company is getting the quality information they need.

- Conceived and managed initial KACE Networks Annual User Conference resulting in 25% customer attendance 1st year and more then 171% attendance growth the second year.

Her broad background including corporate, field and product marketing, operations and sales, as well as engineering positions. Her unique blend of skills allows her to see the big picture and yet execute at the detailed level to get the job done.

- Sheila has extensive marketing management experience holding VP Marketing positions at such diverse companies as: KACE, VA Software (SourceForge), MontaVista Software, Magically and The Santa Cruz Operation, Inc.
- Sheila currently hold both Salesforce Administrative Certification and Salesforce Consulting Certification. She also has expertise with multiple marketing automation tools including Marketo, Elqoua, eTrigue, Manticore Technology and Predictive Response.
- Sheila holds an MS in Computer Information Systems from Northeastern University, Boston MA and a BS in Computer Science and Economics from the University at Albany, Albany NY.

- American country antiques and folk art is a large interest for Sheila. She assists her husband in marketing his two business, Baker & Co. Antiques and the California Country Antiques Show. She also enjoys designing websites that make it especially easy for antique dealers to manage the inventory on their sites without the need of any website expertise.
